Last updated June 17, 2026

This policy explains how ConduLoop ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, https://conduloop.com. It covers visitors in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere. For how we use cookies specifically, see our cookie policy.

This page covers our marketing website. If you are a customer using the ConduLoop application, separate terms and a privacy notice apply within the app.

Who we are

ConduLoop is the controller responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, company, the number of dealers in your network, your industry, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This includes pages viewed, approximate location (derived from a truncated IP address, not stored by us), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Analytics does not run until you accept it in our cookie banner.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
  • To understand and improve how the website performs.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Consent for analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time via Cookie settings.
  • Steps to enter a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry when you contact us or request a demo.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under contracts that limit them to our instructions:

  • Google (Google Analytics) for website analytics, where you have consented.
  • Resend to deliver demo and contact form submissions to us by email.
  • Cloudflare to host and serve the site.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EU or UK, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, and, where applicable, the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for our records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings, which we keep to the shortest practical period.

Your rights

EU and UK. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

United States. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email [email protected].

Children

This site is for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date at the top and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
